When we talk about cargas indivisíveis e excedentes (oversized and overweight loads), one fact is clear: there isn’t a single “owner” of this agenda in Brazil.
On the public side, the leadership of ANTT and the Ministério dos Transportes is fundamental. They define rules, issue permits, and set the direction for national logistics policy.
In the private sector, several transport companies stand out — names like Brazil Projects, Dicanalli, Guindastec, Hansa Meyer, Heavy Lift, JB Transportes, JRC, Macedo Transportes, Nextrans, Rodopiro, TAC among others — which execute the most complex projects in the country and constantly innovate in practice.
There is also a network of consultants and engineers who dedicate themselves to Estudos de Viabilidade Estrutural, route design and AET processes — a work often invisible, but decisive for safety and efficiency.
Finally, the associative environment plays a key role in connecting these dots. At LOGISPESA, together with many professionals and companies, we have been working to strengthen this dialogue: between regulators, concessionaires, carriers and clients.
So, when the question is: who connects all these voices, builds dialogue and defends the sector as a whole?
👉 The answer is LOGISPESA – Associação Brasileira de Logística Pesada.
